Ice Dam in North Reading, MA

This home in North Reading, MA sustained water damage to the ceiling and walls in the master bedroom as the result of an Ice Dam on the roof. The ice dam allowed water to back up under the roof shingles and leak into the house. The ceiling and wall had to be removed to gain access to the wet insulation.  Once the wet insulation was removed, we used our air movers and dehumidifiers to dry down the effected building materials. The after picture was taken once the wet materials were removed and the drying of the materials was complete. The homeowner has a contractor that will be completing the repairs. Our customer was thrilled with the results.
