Pipe Break water damage in Wakefield, MA

This water damage was the result of a pipe break in the bathroom above. Our customer returned to the home to find that a pipe in the first floor bathroom had let go and caused water damage. The water leaked into the finished basement. The water damaged the ceiling, Walls and Laminate Flooring in the room below.  We were able to extract the water and dry down the building.  However, the water was able to leak under the laminate floor. The after picture was taken three days after the incident.  The laminate flooring had to be removed to properly dry the room and prevent microbial growth.
