Attic Mold North Reading MA

SERVPRO of Stoneham/ Wakefiled was called in by the real estate agent to inspect the attic for mold. The inspection revealed that the home located in North Reading, MA had visible mold growth on the underside of the roof sheathing in the Attic. The owner of the home stated that they have had iced dams in the past winters on the roof that allowed water to enter the attic and mold to grow. The owner hired SERVPRO of Stoneham/ Wakefield to remediate the attic of the home.  The after picture was taken a couple of days after the mold was discovered. Our customer was thrilled with the results.
